Hi Richard,
Michael has just given me a feedback on the stand and is thrilled with it.
He feels it is very solid when working on it, and the ease with which it can be raised, or lowered is great.
The fact that the wheels lock in place is important and when heis not working on it, being able to be moved it out of the way with the sculpture still on it, is great.
Usually one has to move the sculpture then the stand but with this stand both can be moved As one.
He did say it would be advisable to oil or grease the main column regularly for good long term usage.
